Argos India is not responsible for damages caused by courier negligence, lost, misplaced or stolen packages, or events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events).<\/p><h5><b>Return Eligibility<\/b><\/h5><p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Unused and in the same condition you received it<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">In its original packaging<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">If the product had cellophane wrapping, the cellophane must still be intact around the fragrance<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">If the product had a security sticker, it must still be affixed to the box, not peeling, torn, or showing signs of tampering<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">If the product was sealed inside a self-adhesive bubble mailer within your delivered package, that seal must be unopened and untorn<\/li><\/ul><h5><b>Non-Returnable Items<\/b><\/h5><p>The following items cannot be returned or refunded:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Gift cards<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Used scent diffusers<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Used candles<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Sample packs<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Mini sprays (50ml and under)<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Fragrance oil rollerballs<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Note:<\/b> A scent diffuser is considered &#8220;used&#8221; once fragrance oil has been added and the machine switched on. Please contact the retailer you purchased from directly \u2014 do not contact Argos India for products purchased elsewhere.<\/p><h5><b>Refund Process<\/b><\/h5><p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund or exchange has been approved.<\/p><p>If approved, a <b>15% restocking fee<\/b> will be deducted from your refund amount.<\/p><p>For approved exchanges, we will share the process and timeline with you.
